The New Patterson Square in Dayton
For those of you living in a city other than Dayton, OH, this probably won't interest you in the least :)
However, for those of us living in Dayton, it's nice to know what's going on every once in awhile. As part of the Downtown Dayton Partnership to increase residential living downtown, new townhomes are currently in the works. Charles Simms Development recently broke ground for a group of 18 townhomes known as Patterson Square located near the Dragon's Field and across the street from the LiteHouse Townhomes.
These townhomes look incredibly nice from the renderings and prices start at just $139,900!! Another great thing about Dayton is the affordable housing. At that price I may consider selling my house and buying a townhome! Well, probably not because I love my house too much. But I would love to live downtown.
